Our alpaca farm and store is open to the public year round.  During the winter, we are open Fridays and Saturdays from 10am-5pm, and Sundays from 1-5pm (weather permitting).  If you would like to come by during the week, just give us a call to set up a time. We are happy to have visitors during the week come to meet the alpacas and visit the store.

The Blue Ridge Parkway is sometimes closed during the winter, but the farm is still accessible by county roads.  We have winter directions available online, and you can always give us a call if you have any questions.  We do not open if we have too much snow or ice at the farm, so if the weather looks bad, give us a call before you head up this way and we’ll let you know how it looks here.

So far the winter has been very mild, so it is a great time to come by.  The alpacas are all moved to their winter pastures, but you can see them up close in the barn right behind the store.
