We had our last weaving class for the year the end of October. Yet again, we saw some fabulous alpaca shawls created during the class. You can see pictures of the weaving class and beautiful alpaca shawls on our Facebook page.

Our weaving and other fiber classes are held in our fiber art studio located in our upper alpaca pasture, providing an opportunity to watch the alpacas as we work and greet them on breaks.  The alpacas are usually pretty curious about the lovely alpaca shawls woven during the classes, or maybe just whether anyone has a treat to hand out.  Either way, our classes are always a fun way to learn more about the fabulous things we can create with alpaca fiber and an opportunity to learn more about the wonderful animals that produce this lovely fiber.

We are through with classes for the year, but will start classes again in May 2013.   We will post our 2013 schedule online early next year.  You can also keep up with all the farm news, and be notified about classes as they are scheduled by signing up for our email list.
