Peaceful Heart Alpacas is pleased to announce a new fiber art series: Fun with Felt. In 2011, we offered monthly felting classes and created beautiful felted scarves, purses, hats, vases, wine bottle covers, and wall hangings.

Our 2012 schedule is full of great felting classes.  We will be offering our favorite classes again, and have added some brand new classes to the line-up.  All classes will be taught by local fiber artist Karen Simpson.  See the individual pages for descriptions and pricing of each class.   A $25 deposit will reserve your space.  You can register for any of the classes online.

For all felting classes you will be using the “Wet Felting Method”. Using warm, soapy water and elbow grease with your choice of colorful wool and alpaca fibers, you can create incredible art pieces that you can wear, carry or display! No experience is needed to enjoy these great classes.
